Wild Chef was an idea born from four Spanish friends. They wanted to create a simple concept: combining quality local produce and brave flavours to make healthy city lunches.
Helmed by Spanish chef Daniel Cascado from Gaggan and Marc Hernández from El Celler de Can Roca, the two chefs took inspiration from their travels and experiences in kitchens around the world to bring together a menu that combined fine dining techniques with street food flavours.
The brand identity reflected the chefs’ inspiration — the bold, vibrant and colourful street stalls and food markets from their travels around the globe.
A custom set of vibrant ‘table cloth’ patterns were created as a backdrop for their natural, colourful ingredients and dishes.
